BRB Publishes its 2024 Public Policies and Corporate Governance Annual Letter

BRB, following its commitment to integrity, public relevance, advertising, and ⭕️ transparency, has published its 2024 Annual Letter of Public Policies and Corporate Governance. The version is available on the bank's ⭕️ Investor Relations website and is an essential tool for management and accountability to society.

The document demonstrates social commitment in the ⭕️ implementation of public policies and provides information about the main activities developed by BRB, its control and risk management structure, ⭕️ economic-financial data, and corporate governance practices.

BRB President, Paulo Henrique Costa, explains that the Letter presents a balance of the bank's ⭕️ highlights in supporting social, economic, and environmental issues in 2024. He highlights the achievements in supporting the GDF's social programs. ⭕️ Since 2024, more than 340,000 families have been assisted, totaling R$ 1.6 billion distributed in 16 different programs.

Other examples of ⭕️ BRB's expressive participation in the transformation of the Federal District are the 90,000 lives assisted by GDF Health in the ⭕️ last year and the more than 6.1 million exams performed since 2024. The BRB Mobility benefited the entire population using ⭕️ public transportation in DF, with more than 11.2 million services and 990,000 cards issued in the last five years.

The BRB ⭕️ Institute also presents various contributions to various stakeholders in the Letter. Among the initiatives are corporate volunteer programs, support for ⭕️ women and children through the Social Impact Acceleration Program (PAIS), which strengthens Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) through capacity building and ⭕️ impacted more than 24 thousand people in 2024.

Highlight also for the institution's governance, which has evolved since 2024 and helped ⭕️ BRB recover its image as a solid, complete, and innovative public bank. "By developing our own integrity system, we are ⭕️ now a reference for other entities throughout the DF. We will continue to disclose our experiences in best practices, making ⭕️ them available to the population, and reinforcing the management of integrity, ethics, and governance as an integral and inherent part ⭕️ of our work", said the president.

The new edition of the Letter, published annually since 2024, has a modern design ⭕️ and is interactive. The document also includes special sections with information about the BRB Institute's actions and subsidiaries - BRB ⭕️ DTVM, Financeira BRB and BRBCARD, as well as the highlights of the public policies implemented by the Bank and the ⭕️ description of its corporate governance structure.
